Meet David Kates
Veteran Appraiser, David Kates with over 20 years of experience, is your Go-To Residential Appraiser for the Greater Tampa Bay / St Pete / Clearwater & Sarasota Markets. He has trained & learned under two of the most respected Appraisers in the nation. He is State Certified, FHA Approved & Fully Insured.
As a Tampa Native, David knows the Central Gulf Coast real estate markets very well. With over 20 years of Appraisal experience, David provides exceptional market supported Appraisal reports of residential properties including complex, waterfront, luxury homes, townhomes, condominiums, multi-family homes & vacant land. Serving a wide range of clients in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota & Pasco Counties.
